Parent's Visit Day 4 - Shopping and High Tea

Today is a day of sightseeing and shopping and a nice lunch consisting of high tea at the Balmoral - the best hotel in Edinburgh.

We walked along the Royal Mile - the main street that runs from the Castle to Holyrood House - stopping in the souvenir shops along the way. We also went along Princes Street - otherwise known as the main shopping strip because it has most of the key stores you will ever need along there.

After buying a few things and trying even more things on we headed to the Balmoral Hotel where we were seated in the Palm Court to enjoy a few hours of great food and a never ending supply of tea. Champagne too of course!
