The gang

I found myself at the garden centre today, to buy a birthday rose for a friend. But of course I just had to have a peek at the Christmas display! These penguins look quite happy and relaxed, probably because there were not as many people staring at them on a Tuesday morning!
Bookclub in the afternoon, in a lovely sitting room overlooking a beautiful garden with the sun accentuating the autumn colours. We have now adjourned until after New Year, so if there's time, we can each read a book of our choice to take to the next meeting!
A real frost this morning!! And a wonderful walk with Russet, who gambolled about in it, rolled in it and was invigorated by it!
