Shiny Ball

...a frosty start to the day at the Cranfield Management Development Centre (which you can just about make out in the reflection of this ball if you look carefully).

It's been an intense and challenging day and I've really enjoyed it. Met some interesting people and feel positive about the next nine months on this training programme. And now...off to'network' over dinner and a glass of wine. Cheers!
