Day out with .......

......... Old friends, I collected. c.J. at 9.10am our journey took us via the M25 to the A2--M2 what a stress free ride it was our destination was Birchington, on the Kent Coast. D and C was waiting for us with the coffee pot ready. We had wonderful catch- up and then went down a restaurant by the beach, it was windy but not cold, the meal was so good. Also we were spoilt as D and C treated us!!
The journey back was really good until we were almost home when there was a car broken down in a narrow road ,no choice but to wait until it was save to pass. By this time we were in the midst of rush hour, so it took longer to complete the journey.
However what a good day we had, we are all " talked out" pleasantly so may I add!
The end of a eventful and successful day was had by all! Thank you so much D andC hope to see you in the new year!!xxxx
