Shadows and light

Took myself off to lyme Park Disley this morning......the sun was beautiful and the sky was an azure blue, as blue as any summers day that's been.

Had some lunch at Lyme and then off to purchase Georgina's giant number 8 Helium balloon because it's . her birthday today.
I then went long to pick her up from School, with the giant number 8 clutched in my mitts ( with a weight on the end that cost £1 all on its own...... ) Good job because it was windy.

Now I was assured by Helen that Georgina would be tickled pink..because frankly if it had been me at that age I would have been totally embarrassed, seeing my Grannie grinning like a Cheshire Cat clutching a GIANT
helium balloon ......guess what......she was embarrassed......my little munchkin is growing up......happy birthday Georgina Charlotte xxx
