Ida's Diary

Ida got a wee diary for her 3rd birthday in April and every now and then she very diligently sits down and writes in it.

At first her entries were great big swirly scribbles but as the emphasis on reading and writing grows in the house with Arlo and his homework, Ida's become more and more interested in making her entries real words.

This entry says 'no mummy no daddy no Arlo to read my diary'.

Look at those wee squiggles. So full of purpose and meaning.
