Madness.

I just can't get my head around the benefit system. I have be getting free medicine since I had a birthday with a "0" on the end, I do not yet get a bus pass ( thank god I hate bus rides ) or am eligible to take my state pension. But this year I was advised to apply for the "winter fuel allowance"! I am bemused..... The above letter is dated the 15th it arrived today the 25th!! And the government department has used a non Post Office delivery service!
