Wound up in Wexford

Orchestra evening

Tuesday evening is my night for attempting to play the flute in a small amateur orchestra.  We normally rehearse in East Runton village hall, but that wasn't available this evening.  We have a concert on Saturday, performing, amongst other items, Cesar Franck's Symphony in D minor so we really needed our rehearsal today.  Luckily, we were able to borrow the chapel at Gresham's school.

I tried a picture with no flash, and the colours are better, but there was too much camera shake, so had to settle for one with a flash.  This makes it look much darker in the chapel than it actually was - though the lighting was not brilliant - apparently the school is saving up for new LED lights in there.

If I'm going to keep up this blipping lark, I'll have to treat myself to a tripod of some sort.
