Thanksgiving Bread

So what do you do when it rains all day…..you bake! Moira and I put on our aprons and baked 32 mini loafs of Pumpkin Bread this afternoon. I love this Pumpkin Bread recipe because not only is it easy and delicious, it only requires using one bowl to mix. Clean up was a breeze. Tomorrow we will wrap up all the loaves to give out to family, friends and to our neighbors. Moira is so excited about delivering the Pumpkin Bread to our neighbors. She has big plans for the two of us to ride our bikes around delivering bread. I think she will be my blip again tomorrow! It was a blessing to have my sweet granddaughter helping me today.
