Star Gazer

Yesterday around 6pm the rain had cleared, so Louise and went for an early evening 20km bike ride on the Eastlink-Jells Park circuit instead of going to the gym as usual and as the sun was out creating interesting shadows. It was a dramatic improvement on the previous evening.

The "art work" on Eastlink is well known. What is less well known is that there is public art work only visible on the Eastlink trail.

We call this piece of art "Star Gazer". It is actually called "Boy Looking up" by Matt Calvert. He also has another work called "boy pointing down" which I am sure is just as exciting.

I tried a few angles, but this seemed the best point of view.
