Bubble wrap seaweed

the tide was pretty far in today so it was more of a walk along the dunes. Recent storms have left a lot of debris along the paths. Not sure what the proper name of this seaweed is (I must get a book on identifying it sometime) but this one reminded me of bubble wrap.
