He lets runners past but anyone else needs to take their life in their own hands . He hisses and is quite the security guard

Managed to run past him without so much as a spit. The 3.5 miles finished my 100 mile challenge off nicely

Also had a nice hour or so with the 91 year old lady I have befriended through voluntary services . We talked about the war, she asked about my live life . One of those two is too challenging a topic to warrant spending much time discussing .
