The gas man cometh...

Or not, as the case may be...

This is outside Mom and Dad's house and is pretty much the state of their whole road. This has been going on for over a month now and most of the time there is no one there Nd then there are people sitting in vans waiting for other people. All to do with putting yellow liners inside the existing gas pipes. Apparently the gas has been off most of today and now all the neighbours are waiting for an official man to go round each house to say that the gas can be put back on.

Meanwhile it's cold and foggy...
