A day to review

What a day. 5 of us today tabled every glove across only two of our ranges to review sales with the objective of rationalising. Bearing in mind this is only 30% of our range (and it took an entire day to review) we have a long way to go over the next few weeks. We analysed commercials, market conditions, range fit, competitors alternatives and strategies moving forward to remove a certain number (which I won't divulge...,). We still have another 270 specific products to analyse following this lot today

Good fun though and we do have a lot of gloves (that are very successful)
