A view from the Esplanade at Scarborough

There are those rather special times when the air, being
chilled to freezing in the Vale of Pickering, seems to find
relief by pouring over the cliffs at their lowest point at
Cayton Bay and, after toasting itself over a warmer sea,
will have dissolved into disappearance long before almost
all of the Town will have discarded their sweaty nightcaps!
