Wide awake at 5.15.

Four mile trip to work took 35 minutes.

Full day teaching.

Meeting until 5.15.

40 minutes for four mile trip home.

Had to make my own tea.

Can't get near the t.v.

Knee has hurt like hell all day.

Co-codamol are making me feel nauseous.

So..............................why am I happy?

Dad has had a good day today and may be discharged from hospital back to the assessment unit before the weekend...............

but mainly because.....................

I managed to spend 5 minutes with hebs today................first time in 4 weeks!
