Towards Ordination

Broken boiler

It's a good job we've got a multi-fuel stove as the gas boiler is not working and the logs are all too wet to burn. But it's a cold shower in the morning.
I've been reflecting on providence. Good has provided all I needed in my job at SVS. Hours are flexible, my boss is laid back, it encompasses all my skills, it's part time, it's enabling me to learn to network, it's giving me confidence in working more with people, it's training me for my job now and for my job in the future. I couldn't have planned it better, except that I didn't plan it- God did! He knew I wouldn't leave my previous job without a big push against my moral standards. He knew that this was the right job for me even though I gave a terrible interview. This job was mine against all odds and I bless him for it. I would never have managed in my old job. He also provided the right training church too. Perfect timing again. And I know the situation with Paul's job is in his hands too. He is totally trustworthy.
