Pieces of ate

Fab day at work where I 'cracked' Midlothian and managed do my thang to virtually all the GPs in my area. Building relationships was my remit and today it all came together. Also learned how to pronounce 'syncope' my new favourite word :)

Fun times tonight with my new BFF from work making a treasure chest cake for her lovely boyfriends graduation. Why? Cos he likes pirates of course. Random? Yes
