Vintage glamour

I inherited several packs of unopened stockings from a great auntie a few years ago, so being me, decided to try selling them on ebay.

This is a pair that mustn't have sold the first time, perhaps because the picture is fairly prim and proper! The more lurid the design, the higher the price, I discovered last time.

Doing a bit of research to decide on a selling price for this pair, I had forgotten what a murky world you enter if you type 'vintage stockings' into the ebay search - many people's interpretation of 'vintage' means 'used' - yes, just what you are thinking:)
