Sad News

Sadly we heard the news of our Uncle's passing at 6.10 pm on Sunday, the same time as we flew from Irish Soil.

Hard to believe. He was Sonny and Josie's baby - adored by his 6 brother's and sisters.

He was the first person to see me in my wedding dress when I came downstairs. When he stayed at my mum's house with Auntie Ann after my wedding, mum gave them the single bed - because they always 'spooned' together.

You would seldom meet a more loving and lovable man (and one of the few uncles who never got the Scottish girls names muddled!).

This picture was actually taken at another funeral, and it's a beautiful shot of the two remaining children of Sonny and Josie.
