Gestalt

Tuesday seminar at Gestalt Academy. Tonight about the body. Most of it known stuff, but it feels good just to be there.
I like thw work with Movement to Feelings to Thoughts. It starts with the movement. The baby lying on the floor starts raise head and shoulders if secure enough. Our movements show so much of how we once were held.
