Bassenthwaite Lake

Final day of the PhotoShop workshop - and my last UK workshop of the year. I slipped out at 4 o clock whilst they were practising and drove past Bassenthwaite Lake - amazed to find it so flat calm.

Although there was very little light about, I managed to capture this pastel-like shot, looking south from the west shoreline.

Hanging my exhibition tomorrow, then off to India on Friday - I'd just love one night where I get more than five hours sleep - it's been so full on lately!
