SAD BUT TRUE....

... "derelict Thursday" has brought home another sad story in our area, of a business location that seems to have issues with "survival"!!??

This weeks "Derelict Thursday" with SarumStroller shows a location right in Penrith central that originally back in the 1970's was a thriving car yard. After they closed down for memory there have been about four attempts to run a business from here.... restraurant, other car yards, solicitors but none have survived? It has stood vacant and "derelict" now for quite a time.

As they say ... location, location, location..... so seems although on first impressions a good spot in town, in real terms not to be!!!
