Dunblane Cathedral

Our Ramblers walk on Wednesday didn't quite follow that on the published programme. Heavy rain and forestry work had made some of the original route impassable, and so the leader adapted his plans while managing to still keep the walk interesting and of a similar length - a job well done on his part!

We started and finished in Dunblane as planned but, rather than go out towards Sheriffmuir, our new circular route took us by Laighills, Ashfield and Kinbuck. And it stayed dry, although it was another overcast day. This photo of Allan Water and Dunblane Cathedral was taken as we returned to the car park by the Cathedral at the end of our walk.
