Kidney infection

Suffering, not silently. Having googled all the possible diagnoses for my symptoms, I decided to visit my GP. It was either that or take out a Coop funeral plan. Do you have any idea how many things can go wrong with your insides? I've already had all my redundant internal organs removed, anything that's left is pretty much essential.
