Ta-da! 'My' pheasant casserole
Feeling very satisfied!
After hanging then skinning/gutting/cleaning the birds, I cooked a rather unusual but super tasty casserole (thank you for the recipe F).
Apples, bread, white wine, honey, star anise, onions & cooking apple - soooo tasty and so different to the usual red wine style sauce I would usually make.
Definitely one I'll be doing again.
