Hollywood

No 2 son and I woke early which was to be expected with the different time zone. As a result we got out sharpish and went to the Griffith Observatory which was one man's vision for inspiring people through astronomy and has become one of the most visited observatories in the world.

From there we went to three different shopping centres (!) and then to Santa Monica and walked along the Pier. We had intended to go out to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory but by the time we returned to our hotel to change we were too tired.

A great day and lovely to spend time with him. Lovely weather too which required sunglasses.
