Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy..........

A brief respite in the gloomy weather today which coincided with a visit to Wisley a RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) property. I particularly like the recently (2007) constructed glasshouse, a huge cathedral like glass structure. It houses exquisite plants and trees and it is like walking into a jungle with tree ferns, palms, creepers and many exotic flowers.

I took this shot from the Alpine House which was above the glasshouse, a view not usually considered, I like the way the clouds had lifted a little and light could be seen above the Surrey Hills with trees in the distance.

How lucky to have the time and opportunity to enjoy such exquisite buildings and gardens.
