Happy Thanksgiving Day, in the USA, today to all our US Blip friends.

After another busy day of international work with colleagues over Skype I headed out to pick up our new set of wheels.

The driverless car will be the norm by the time Fyfe and his ilk have their own cars. Maybe they will be zooming round in drones - anything is possible!

As we reflect on our RTA earlier this month a blow out seems the most likely cause. An inaccurate reading from one of those self service forecourt pumps a possible contributory cause. Moral of the tale - check tyre pressures regularly. With this display on the dashboard that will be very easy to do!

Today I am also thinking of the tragic cricketing accident to befall Phillip Hughes in Australia and of all sports people, of all ages, whose lives end on the playing fields, cycling tracks, running routes, winter sports, mountain climbing, motor sports and nautical activities around the world.
