Late night blip

Had an abortive trip to London to a spinal research update to find the venue had changed but did not tell us , grrr so we returned to marylebone, bought 2 G&T's from M&S and trained it home... Just a tad frustrating!! So no fancy blip but did see the shard at night, impressive
