It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Started to teach the Christmas Story this week! It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas - only 2 and a bit weeks of term left!

Had a dashing- about-kind-of-a- day. Included a damp, gloomy walk with Ziggy in Millhouses Park. (She has spent the week in my car due to builders.) The water was tumbling over itself in the river, a bit like my memories of the place.

Now so dark in mornings and so early in evenings - when someone turns the lights off it feels like bedtime! Don't know how Ben copes getting up at 5.30am every week day.
