Face first

A cabbage white on another of my butterfly attracting plants.

She obviously can't reach right down to the bottom of the tubular flower unless she dives in, face first.

The flower is Verbena rigida, another valuable asset in a hot garden.

It's been crazy busy this week - so I really do apologise for lack of commenting (which is spasmodic at best), especially when everyone is so kind and gives me lovely comments.
