These Aren't Just Any Shallots..

.... these are K & S (Kit & Sushi) shallots, full, succulent, rich and flavoursome and organically homegrown.

OK so I don't quite match the sexy voiced adverts, but you get the gist. The only problem is that I hate cooking so they are still sat in the bowl since they were harvested in the summer. It's not that I can't cook and I certainly appreciate good eating, it's just I don't enjoy the process and peeling shallots is one of the worst. If people come to our house for dinner..it is for the social occasion rather than culinary experience.
