Demolition has begun

On passing the back of our local gothic mansion I saw that the demolition has begun and the lovely stained glass window which lit the staircase has already been carefully removed, I understand that it has been purchased by a private buyer.

The new clubhouse for the Working Mens Club has now been completed, it used to be housed within the old mansion.
