Strasbourg Delights

After a trouble free journey by plane,train and tram we faced our biggest challenge. The promised wi fi would not work and as that was our means of communicating with Stephen we had to resort to plan B. Armed with map and address we set off in search of his apartment. Luck was on our side when we gained access to the building by following a French man through the coded entrance. We then left a message for Stephen by the old fashioned pen and paper method tucked under the door.

This worked a treat especially as he thought we would arrive on Friday! Contact was made although the light was not the best for photography. Fortunately this well lit shop was a saviour exhibiting some of the seasonal delights. Had to move swiftly past to avoid buying up the shop!
