Comp Wins

Had a busy day, and realised after our walk that the only photos I'd taken today were of what I received in the post today from entering competitions.

Nothing exciting but the little wins are always welcome too.

Had the first of 7 reflexology treatments today, I volunteered to be a 'case study' for one of my Mum's neighbours, I used to regularly go for reflexology in SA and love it, so jumped at the chance. It was very relaxing. Today she noted 'crystals' in my thyroid, ovaries, shoulders and head.
