Riding the buses.

This afternoon we called in to see Col and Eliott and they both decided to sit on these toy buses and chase each other in and out of the rooms. It kept them amused for ages. Col and I got to sit down and ended up buying some Hula Hoops!!!

We started doing days of the week this morning and by this afternoon Herbie was pretty good at saying them all, but he also got Mon, Tue and Wed in the right order. Gosh I love seeing him learn, amazing.

Whilst getting ready for his bath, he decided to run backwards and forwards from one side of his bedroom to the other. Totally naked and absolutely in joyous rapture, I sat back and just savoured such a special moment, which brought tears of joy to my eyes and a lasting memory.

I often forget to sit back and enjoy. Those moments can pass us by soooo easily.
