Welcome

Welcome one and all, welcome, which ever language you speak, which ever country you or your family originate from, which ever God you believe, welcome if you don't believe in any God.

Today we had our first ever all staff training. We asked all staff to write a welcome in their mother tongue. We talked about ethos, values, distinctiveness and welcoming everyone in our community.

We got to know each other a little better and we took back some plans and new ideas. A good day.
