Dinner is served

Due to the cold, rainy day we had today, something warm and filling was definitely in order for dinner. After scanning through several recipes online, found this quick beef stew recipe...and even better, I had all the ingredients on hand. It was delicious as was the tomato/avocado salad and a glass of sweet red wine! Yummy!
