Ninja farmer!!
So today I had a lady from the RSPCA come and vet the place for having a couple of ferrel cats, this is how I greeted her!!
No wonder she said yes mad cat lady maybe my new name going forward!!
Another thing she is putting me forward for is fostering farm animals for them!! I am so excited. Apparently they're looking for fosterers for ponies, that have been abandoned or mistreated by travellers. It would involve feeding them up winning their trust etc I so want to do that hard work but how rewarding would it be to have an animal that's at rock bottom and then ends up in a much better place and then rehomed in a loving home.
Also I heard today they are going to be putting down all the dogs who have served our country in one way or another!! This fills me with sadness, to think that if my Max had been retired now he would be no more!!
Yes he's been hard work and I did want to give him back after 3 days of him humping my guests legs, jumping at worktops, growling at the other dogs and running off for 2/3 hours at a time, but now what a lovely dog he's become he's so much calmer and has fitted into our family perfectly. All he needed was time and patience!!
We should give them another life after, ok not dogs that have been trained to guard or attack that's dangerous but not dogs who have been used to detect bombs, drugs etc
Well there was a little rant I am considering putting my case across to anyone who will listen and show them how Max has turned out!!
