Jenny Two

An early blip today, so not much to talk about; I plan to catch up on last week’s MasterChef this afternoon.

Our new builder arrived early this morning, bringing equipment (Jenny Two, a digger, Jenny One is his wife) ready to start work on Wednesday; the building inspector is also visiting on Wednesday. While the builder was here he also had a another look at the concrete and the foundations; work which needs completing. The drains and the rest of the foundations will be done first, so I hope the weather is good next week.

As soon as he had gone, Dougal and Florence went outside again. The first thing Dougal did was inspect everything that had changed, including looking at the digger, which by this time was covered with a tarpaulin.

Today’s blip is of the GOG parking Jenny Two after she had been taken off the builder’s lorry. The picture was taken through a window and across the garden so not as clear as it should be.
