Throwing caution to the winds......
.....I'm making Garlic, Soy and Honey slow-roasted pork belly slices for tea (they're currently marinating in the fridge) Now originally I was going to be a good girl and have them with plain boiled rice and some side salad but I've ditched that healthier rice/salad option for chips.......ah yes, I'm living life on the edge.......
