Last of the tomatoes

There's so many green tomatoes left and no sign of sunshine to ripen them, I might have to make green tomato chutney. Today is the crazy journey for India's street dance class in 75 minutes of standstill traffic but she comes out so enthused it makes it worthwhile. Mark rang at lunchtime to say my boss is coming over for dinner and to stay over, can you make a good dinner and sort out the guest room, obviously I sweetly replied yes SIR!
