Thanksgiving 2014

For many Americans, today is all about the turkey. Feeling very thankful for the many blessings in our life. At this point, we had lost electricity as a result of the storm for about 12 hours. Fortunately, we weren't hosting the family dinner and all of the baking had been done on Wednesday.

The turkey was good and the company was better, a great day spent with my niece Jessica and her family (my proxy grandkids) and ours, extended and immediate.
