John Grant, Royal Northern Sinfonia, The Sage.

I'm slightly cold filled/sleep deprived. Or at least that's the excuse I'll use for having a lack of eloquence in describing this gig. It was f***ing awesome. I could also blame John Grant as he liberally uses the f word!

The arrangements for orchestra were beyond impressive, his voice, the lighting. What a gig. One of the best ever at the Sage, according to the Sage, and I wouldn't argue.

First night out since a very different musical experience at the beginning of May. Needed. And much appreciation to Heidi for baby sitting two little uns who aren't 100%.
