Aubergine has had a bad week.

Five year olds can be hard on toys.
Aubergine is a favourite and is now in need of some minor surgery.
I put him in the car to bring him home for the op and the car broke down that day. He was unceremoniously launched by the tow truck crew into a bin bag which made its way onto the drive in torrential rain.
It took three days to dry him out.
Awaiting his turn with the needle he is trying to help me with research.
