Awaiting the rush

We were up early and set off to Shere for Rebecca's first Christmas fair. Although it is a small village, it can be very busy at weekends with walkers, cyclists and people coming to see the quaint village used in many film locations. Sadly, the rush of people didn't arrive and if it wasn't for a visit from G & T and Rebecca's friend and mum who came, bought and supported Rebecca on her first fair she would have made just £3. So a big thank you to them for coming.

Chilling for a couple of hours before Mr C and I are back out. This time visiting another Surrey village, Brockham. Where we will be entertained in their village hall by a local band 'The Crap Dads', who do lots of covers but mainly Christmas ones. They kick off the village festivities every year and is always great fun, maybe even a dance will be enjoyed... Although I am feeling pretty shattered at the mo!!!
