Halumi

My dinner tonight - roast veg and haloumi with couscous.

Met up with my friend Sharyn today who is recently back from a 6 month trip aroun the world on a motorbike with her husband. Across Russia, then flew to Canada, and across the States. She had lots of tales to tell, but I suspect we will need more than one lunchtime to get through all their adventures.
