Eldest Got To Be Chef

I had a full day planned, I started with a trip to the garden centre to get my winter pots planted which I got on with as soon as I got home, then it all went horribly wrong as I don't know what I did but suddenly my back seized and I could hardly move...I still had a horse to ride, clothes to wash, shopping to get, house to clean and dinner to cook.

Well Johnny got a day off, Mr Kit got a shopping list, the dust got another day on the furniture and Eldest got to be chef. He had spent the day at work where he is helper and pot washer for a local cookery teacher so is well placed to follow the instructions of wonderful blippers Technophobe and Mindseye to prepare a delicious shallot dish along with sausage, mash, peas and onion gravy.
