Chat and chocolate

Visited the Farmers' Market this morning. The chocolate on this stall looked very tempting.

I'm cross each time I visit as it so difficult to park unless you pay a fortune in the NCP carpark, the council seem to be making in more and more difficult to do so. From a thriving 40 stalls, there's just a fraction of that number. Will it survive?
